Founded in October 2005 the Paphos Cheetahs became the first independent football (Soccer) club in Cyprus. Initially set up to encouraged girls to take up the sport. We welcome Boys, Girls, Seniors, Ladies and Veterans. No previous experience is required, we welcome all ages, abilities and nationalities regardless of race, religion or background.
Our style and ethos differs from other clubs. We offer excellent training, play matches / League football and arrange lively social events. We endeavour to ensure everyone enjoys being part of our club. As a Grassroots Club we are a non-profit organization.
New players are always welcome, the first session is free. Come along and meet the Coaching team and talk to our Club members to decide if the Cheetahs is the Club for you.

Formed in 2005 the Paphos Cheetahs FC became the first independent football club in Cyprus.
Oct 2007: Cheetahs become first Cypriot mixed team to embark on a UK tour, teams include under 16’s Boys and under 16’s Girls.
As a successful club we are keen to hear from new team players, Boys, Girls and Seniors of all abilities and ages. Our dedicated team of Coaching and Support Staff are committed ensuring everyone enjoys being part of our Club.
We will not tolerate any form of bullying, inappropriate language or poor conduct. Our club strongly supports Fair Play and respect for others. We have an anti-discrimination policy and a Code of Conduct. Racism does not maintain a place in our starting 11.
We endeavor to protect children and young people. We welcome enquiries from anyone who has a disability, limit mobility, or is visually or hearing impaired and would do our very best to accommodate them.
We are a friendly and family club. Our ethos is to encourage and promote sport for children. The club is run by dedicated parents who volunteer their time.
